It is always important to clear all tables adequately and never leave anything on that is or will not be used. This way the table will look clean and tidy.
I have learnt how important the presentation and the atmosphere of a restaurant is since this will be one of the first impressions of the guest experience. This means that it will very often determine the attitude of the customers towards the whole dining experience.
