Follow instructions and orders and meet target
In the hospitality industry teamwork is essential. And in most cases teams need a leader to organise the members and allocate tasks. For that reason it is always very important to pay attention to one’s superior colleagues and follow their guide lines and instructions in order to achieve targets. I have learnt how important communication with supervisors is. One needs to provide information for them so that the supervisors can oversee the operation as a whole and provide help where most needed to ensure smooth and fluent service.
This experience improved my communicational skills and will help me in the future to become a considerate and accurate manager.
