Open and Serve Wine
I have not had the opportunity to practise opening and serving wines very often and my knowledge about wines is limited. I have learnt about different wine types and the principles of wine and food pairing. However, I am willing to further improve my skills by taking part in a basic sommelier training in the future.
Wine is a crucial element of the dinner for many people. Therefore, it is necessary for every person working in fine dining to have a basic knowledge about wines and their serving.
